Refund policy

At Natty Culture, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully, as it applies specifically to consumable health products.

 


 

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 03 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items unless they are proven defective.

  • Exchanges are only provided if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Items purchased on sale or under promotions.

  • Free promotional or sample items.

  • Gift cards.

Note: If a refund is requested, all items from the original package — including free promotional items — must be returned unopened.

 


 

3. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item, you must notify us within 03 days of delivery.

  • Once we verify your claim (including photographic evidence), we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Missing product claims are carefully checked against our packing records to avoid fraudulent claims.

 


 

4. Refund Approval & Process

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in original sealed condition.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • If your order was marked as a gift, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund.


 


 

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • We take fraudulent claims and chargebacks seriously.

  • Any unauthorised chargebacks may result in the customer being placed on a no-sell list for future orders.

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issue — most matters can be handled quickly and fairly.

 


 

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

7. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
